Sports editor Scott McNeish and his wife, Nikki, welcomed a baby girl, Ivy Blair McNeish, on Sept. 10. She weighed 9 pounds, 8 ounces and measured 21 inches.

Danielle joins the digital team after working as city editor and paginator for three years at the Olean Times Herald in Western New York. She is a graduate of Bedford High School and the University of Toledo.

Precious is a new features-music reporter. This summer she was an intern at the Minneapolis Star Tribune. She also had internships at North MetroTV, Minnesota Public Radio, and Kare11.
Meet Jen Lyon
Jen joins The Blade after serving as the news editor for Lorain County Printing and Publishing. She oversaw the print production of the Elyria Chronicle-Telegram and Medina Gazette.
