Meet intern Lily Moore-Eissenberg
Lily will be a junior at Yale University and a newsroom intern at The Blade this summer.
Lily Moore-Eissenberg
At school, Lily studies history, literature, and philosophy as a Humanities major. She has lived in Massachusetts all her life, first in Brookline and then in Harvard, a small town, where she got her start in journalism by writing for the local weekly.
Outside of class, Lily edits The Yale Politic, a magazine of politics and culture. She has spent most of her time writing and editing long-form articles but is very eager to try her hand at daily reporting and to see how investigative reporting works at a daily newspaper.
In her free time, Lily loves to hike, bike, and play games. She is living in the Old West End with a host family this summer and is excited to get to know Toledo better in the coming months.
