Libercus/Master Budget changes

We’ve made multiple changes to our toledoblade.com website. Here’s a link to the ‘How To’ guide for the new article pages. Some of the new features and protocols in Libercus are:

• Don’t add tags to stories.
• There are multiple layout options.
• There are multiple photo options for when you only have mugshots.
• You only need to choose three Assigned Sections.

Effective July 1, you’ll also notice a minor tweak to the Master Budget, with the removal of the drop-down menu for videos. Instead, whoever adds the story to the budget will input what type of video and/or how it will be produced.

When the video is done, its creator will then update the Video field with the Brightcove ID.

Anyone on the digital team can answer any questions you might have.
