Meet Brooks Sutherland

Brooks joins The Blade as a general assignment reporter after covering City Hall at the Boston Herald for the past year.

He previously contributed to The Boston Globe, where he assisted with the paper’s Spotlight Team investigation of racism in the city. He also was a sports writer for WEEI.com in Brighton, Mass., and The Daily Telegram in Adrian.

Brooks grew up in Adrian and is a graduate of Adrian College and Northeastern University. His interests include sports, crime fiction, and 90s music.
