Blade’s political convention coverage

Tom Troy, Jim Provance and Kyle Rowland were The Blade's lead reporters in Cleveland the week of July 17 for the Republican National Convention. For the Democratic National Convention in Philadelphia, Jim Provance will be inside the convention hall and Gabby Deutch volunteered to handle any protests.

New location for pool-car forms

The sign-out forms for the pool cars are now on the outside of the office as you head to the library. They are in a small shelf unit hanging on the wall next to the bulletin board.

It's been five years since the last upgrade. Version 4.0 includes several new features and enhancements. With Your SOURCE 4.0, the body text is larger and there will be a better display of pictures. We also can now run videos and photo galleries. Be sure to check out the quick tutorial, explaining some of the changes.

New Ohio Voters’ database

There are nearly 8 million registered Ohio voters in our statewide database, which is a good tool for searching Ohio residents, their addresses and date of birth.

Restart your PCs

Please make restart your work computer at the end of your shift. The reason: Some people are experiencing slowness on their PCs because software updates are not occurring.

Pearson, Firestone, McCray win ‘Fun’ poll

Mike Pearson came closest to picking the winner, as he predicted John Kasich would take 48 percent of the primary presidential vote. Dan Firestone successfully projected Hillary Clinton as the Ohio winner, at 56 percent and Vanessa McCray came the closest on Issue 2, predicting 62 percent would vote against the tax increase.
