Fill out expenses on Your SOURCE

We have updated the newsroom expense-report form to include more information for the finance department.

In addition, we have created an online form so you can quickly fill out the expense report from Your SOURCE. With the online form, it will calculate your expenses after the ODOMETER and OTHER AMT fields are entered.

When you are finished, please print the form from your computer, sign it and give to Linda or Luann.

If you prefer to use the new paper expense-report forms, they are located in the supply closet.

You can access the form at https://ysblade.com/expenses . You will need an Internet connection.

The form works best on the Chrome browser.
