Jacobs named July employee of the month
David Jacobs
David Jacobs first worked at The Blade several decades ago, and we’re certainly glad he rejoined us last fall.
He is being recognized as employee of the month for his efficient work as an editor, writer of bigger packages, copy desk assistance, and also his mentorship of other employees.
David has excellent local and institutional veteran knowledge, and he shares that with his colleagues daily.
Also, he received six awards through Ohio SPJ just this week for work at his previous paper.
He has the next newsroom food pick for sometime in August. We will await his decision.
