In the Ohio News Photographers Association contest, Phil Kaplan also is a winner in two multimedia categories. These were just announced recently.
Phil won third place in the state for his sports video, “Wukie Qualifies for Tokyo Olympics.”
Phil also received an award of excellence as Multimedia Photographer of the Year.
