Maneuvering new website paywall

The Blade has launched a new paywall for visitors to toledoblade.com, but Blade employees can still access unlimited articles for free.

With the previous paywall vendor, employees reading the website from inside The Blade building were allowed unlimited access. Now, reporters and other employees can have unlimited access to articles, videos, photo galleries, etc. from work, home, or their mobile device.

To create an account, go to toledoblade.com, and click “Register” in the top right hand corner of the screen, then enter your Blade email address, a password and click “Create an account.”
