Meet Addison Annis

Addison Annis is a staff photographer at The Blade.

A proud Midwesterner from Minnesota, Addison recently graduated from Columbia College Chicago with a degree in photojournalism.

During her time in school, she contributed to the Associated Press, the Chicago Tribune, and several hyperlocal Chicago publications, with a focus on community-driven storytelling. She also served as director of photography and deputy editor at her college newspaper, The Columbia Chronicle.

When she’s not on assignment, Addison enjoys long bike rides, people watching, and crate-digging at local record stores.
