Meet Kimberly Toles

Kimberly Toles is a customer service representative in the marketing and customer care department. 

 Kimberly was born in Toledo. She is a graduate of E.L Bowsher high school, and has a Master of Arts in clinical mental health from the University of Toledo.  

Before joining the Blade, Kimberly served twenty years as a forensic counselor with the Lucas County sheriff’s office. She also served seven years as the Minority health program director, and Opioid program coordinator with the Lucas County health department.

Kimberly is a mom of one, and has an eight year old grandson she adores. 

Also, in 1993 she was a CSR with the Blade.
