Meet intern Megan Vaz

Megan is an intern in the newsroom. She is from Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and studies history at Yale University.

At school, she is the City Desk editor at the Yale Daily News, where she has covered town-gown relations, local unions, housing issues, nonprofit work and city government. In her downtime, Megan likes to visit art and history museums, explore outdoor trails, and read books.

Megan looks forward to exploring Toledo and the rest of the region as she starts reporting for the Blade.
