New location for pool-car forms

The sign-out forms for the pool cars are now on the outside of the office as you head to the library.

They are in a small shelf unit hanging on the wall next to the bulletin board. Instructions are also posted there. The change was made to streamline the sign outs, for days, evenings and weekends.
