Summer book club to begin next week

Beginning Wednesday, June 12, the features department will be hosting a weekly book club at 1 p.m. to discuss The Art and Craft of Feature Writing by William E. Blundell. Based on an internal Wall Street Journal manual, the book covers topics like cultivating sources, story structure and transitions, crafting strong features leads, and self-editing for precision and flow.

For those who would like to join, see Lillian to check out a copy of the book provided by The Blade. We will meet as a group in the features department at 1 p.m. before moving to a larger space or going outside if weather permits.
