Try this Trax workaround
We continue to have an intermittent problem with Trax photo requests not appearing immediately after they are created.
The Trax support folks have asked that we do the following:
If you create a request and do not immediately see it in the assignment list after you submit it, rather than create another request, please click on this link http://blade.merlinone.net/mweb/reset, which will reset Trax.
After you do this, check Trax again and see if your request is in the list.
Once you have done this please email [email protected] and let me know if it did or did not solve the problem.
