We have to be more accurate
Twice this week, we’ve spelled Fifth Third Bank CEO Bob LaClair’s name wrong. We’ve spelled it Bob LeClair in Sunday’s On The Town page and we spelled it Bob LeClair in a cutline of the first edition on B1 Friday. We even had a correction about this on A2 Monday.
We all need to read and reread our work before it goes online or in print. Please fact check stories and cutlines and especially names and titles. These mistakes kill our credibility.
