Blade garners 7 Outdoor Writers of Ohio awards
The Outdoor Writers of Ohio recently held their annual conference in Delaware County and handed out their Excellence in Craft awards for work done in 2022.
The Blade received seven awards.
The Blade won the Outstanding Media Achievement award for “The Outdoors Page”, First Place for Best Columnist, First Place in Environmental Writing, Second Place in the best news story competition, Second Place in the best feature story category, Second Place in the best “How-To” article category, and a Third Place in the environmental writing story category.
