Meet Jimmy Miller

Jimmy is a member of The Blade’s Digital and NewsSlide team.

He graduated from Kent State University in May and this is his first full-time position. While in school, he served as editor-in-chief of The Kent Stater, the school’s student newspaper. He also wrote for the Akron Beacon Journal’s sports section.

When he’s not in the newsroom, Jimmy can be found at Chipotle, watching Netflix, or coaching a Speech and Debate team in his hometown of Stow, Ohio. He’s also engaged to another assistant coach there, which is all the more reason to occasionally visit home.
