Meet Eric Taunton

Hello, everyone! My name is Eric Taunton. I’m excited to begin work as a general assignment reporter for The Blade. I just moved from good ole’ Birmingham, Ala. where I was born, raised, and have lived all my life until now.

Before working here, I wrote for a news publishing company that covered six cities in Birmingham, each with its own newspaper.

When I’m not working, you can generally find me in the middle of a good workout, reading novels and comic books, and watching TV.
